I've had a stellar experience so far. One thing that would be awesome would be to offer an add-on when you purchase a custom kit to have the build documented for you. I'm sitting here everyday just DYING to see how my kit is coming together, and I'd love to watch my kit coming to life. I think people would pay a little extra to get an album of pics and video along with their kits. You already get a birth certificate, so that photo/video add-on would basically be like video of your kid being born, haha. I'd seriously cherish that and I'm sure people would share them out on socials like crazy!

On a related note, I'd love some pics of my kit in production :-) C'mon Tito, hook me up man! You guys are killing it though.

1.)SJC Profiles.
Another great addition is to make personal SJC/Player Profiles where you can post our profile picture along with our current drum kit set ups and post a Tenure of how long the player has been with SJC!! That would be fantastic and attract other drummers to be featured on the page! You can create a questionnaire for drummers to answer.
Kind of like our SHED profiles where we can customize our picture, kit setup, etc... but more broad and customizable, everyone is going to go myspace crazy at this point!

2.) SJC Rewards program,
I have noticed Starbucks started with this and now even restaurants started doing this! You all should develop a SJC rewards program! Whether buying a kit, snare, accessories but it will all contribute to points that don't expire or you could rank up and receive rewards to have savings applied to your next kit/snare/accessories. Just an idea for us drummers that are on budgets and you will get positive feedback and we will be coming back for more!

Amazing idea man! Could be like those pizza places, giving a little update with a quick picture during certain parts of the process!

I'm assuming you follow the official SJC Snapchat and watch the weekly shoutouts? They do a great job recognizing the whole family! A little more personal like you suggested would be incredible though!

Just gotta remember that patience is key! It makes receiving the kit that much more special! [smile]

I'd love to see the merch expand into new territory, phone cases might just be a bit much, since it's either IPhone or one of 100 major android phones...[frown]

Phone accessories in general would be dope though!
